Last week, on July 4th, the band was on a journey to Fresno. They were on their way to celebrate the occasion with local friends Style Like Revelators and play a show on the 5th. As they cruised down Highway 99 North the front right tire of the band van blew out. This left the them stranded on the side of a random exit in Tulare, CA (the desert.) Hours went by and a tow truck showed up to help resolve the issue. The singer and drummer went with the tow truck to a nearby walmart to exchange tires while the rest of the crew waited patiently at a dingy motel near the freeway. In this hour of excitement, a man walked into the hotel and decided to hold up the band and clerk at gunpoint while taking all the money he could. After making a less than clean get away; multiple cops showed up to question the victims. The singer and drummer mad their entrance to the scene and picked up the rest of the band mates.
